5. Your fourth obligation: ensure traceability

The register enables you to keep track of the waste treatment process used and thus ensure that your waste is disposed of correctly (article R. 541-45 of the Code de l’environnement ).

However, for hazardous waste, simply keeping a register is not enough. You must issue and have in your possession a BSD.
