2. Modeling the problem of skills and knowledge obsolescence

In order to find solutions for organizations to the problems of skills and knowledge obsolescence, it is necessary to model the phenomena.

Once the models and assumptions have been established, we can run simulations to test the effectiveness of the strategies within the limits of the model.
