Installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE) are facilities operated or owned by any natural or legal person, public or private, which may present dangers or inconveniences for :

• neighborhood convenience;

• HEALTH ;

• SAFETY ;

• public health;

• agriculture ;

• protecting nature and the environment;

• conservation of sites and monuments.
