2. Identify the elements to be included in your operating report

This fifth part of your ten-year review must answer the following questions in the event of your ceasing trading:

  • how will waste and hazardous products used on the site be treated?

  • what is planned for "potential" soil and groundwater pollution?

  • what plans have you made to integrate your facilities and buildings into the landscape now that the business has ceased?

  • what have you planned for your work equipment?

You therefore need to provide answers to these questions by adopting an eco-design approach for all your facilities and your site. The table below gives examples of possible solutions.
