This fifth part of your ten-year review must answer the following questions in the event of your ceasing trading:
how will waste and hazardous products used on the site be treated?
what is planned for "potential" soil and groundwater pollution?
what plans have you made to integrate your facilities and buildings into the landscape now that the business has ceased?
what have you planned for your work equipment?
You therefore need to provide answers to these questions by adopting an eco-design approach for all your facilities and your site. The table below gives examples of possible solutions.
