3.1 Be present at CoDERST

Your presence (or that of your representative for legal entities) is essential, even if you have hired a consultant to accompany you.

The success of your passage to CoDERST requires rigorous preparation by :

• with knowledge of how a session is run;

• contacting the CoDERST member representing your profession (industry, building federation) before the meeting, in the event of difficulties in complying with the proposed prescriptions;

• taking into account the questions raised during the public inquiry;

• analyzing the draft prefectoral decree.
