5. Summary and possible regulatory changes for polluted sites and soils

The regulatory framework for the management of polluted sites and soils has been significantly enriched by the ALUR law, its implementing decrees; the new methodology of April 2017 and, most recently, the decree of August 19, 2021, amending certain provisions relating to polluted sites and the cessation of ICPE activity. A summary is presented in tables 1 , 2 and 3 .
