5.1 Use your right to comment

The inspector must inform you of the outcome of the inspection and send you a copy of the inspection report, which he or she forwards to the prefect. You then have the opportunity to make observations. At this stage of the procedure, we recommend that you make use of this right, for example, by providing the necessary information or explanations.
