2. When do you have to carry out the analysis of compliance with the authorization order?

Ideally, you should carry out this conformity assessment periodically (once a year), which should produce two summaries:

• conformity assessment for the year in which the ten-year report is submitted (conformity assessment at n+10 years);

• assessment of plant compliance with the prefectoral decree over the period n – n+10 (this involves drawing up a summary of compliance monitoring over the last ten years).

In concrete terms, you should :

• have a compliance analysis for each year of the ten-year period (i.e. ten compliance analyses);

• have a follow-up of compliance analyses (action plan and follow-up of action plans for the last nine years and an action plan for the current year);
