Prefectoral decree

Administrative act issued by the prefect, constituting an enforceable decision of general or individual scope (e.g. the authorization order for your plant).

Inert waste

Any waste that does not undergo any significant physical, chemical or biological change, does not decompose, does not burn, does not produce any physical or chemical reaction, is not biodegradable and does not deteriorate the materials with which it comes into contact in a way likely to cause harm to the environment or human health.
