Managerial excellence is above all a dynamic, consisting of :

• periodically assess the organization's situation with regard to its strategy and all its stakeholders;

• take into account the strengths and areas for improvement highlighted by the assessment;

• choose the priority areas for improvement to be implemented in order to achieve maximum progress, taking into account the resources the organization can commit to them;

• finally, to analyze the results obtained to feed a new assessment and a new cycle of improvements.
