4.1 Obtain the articles of association of the association that opposes your installation.

In the event of a dispute with an association regarding the opening, operation, and/or closure of your facility, you should immediately check the conditions under which the association is authorized to act according to its bylaws.

You will verify its corporate purpose (the activity for which the association was created) and the capacity of its representatives to act (the respective roles of the president, the board of directors, and the assembly).
