6. Water management: the NF ISO 46001 model

The standard NF ISO 46001 2020, a French standard issued in accordance with the international standard ISO 46001 2019, specifies requirements for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a water efficiency management system and gives recommendations for its use.

This ISO 46001 system standard completes a series of ISO technical standards dedicated to the world of water, covering a variety of themes (figure 11 ).
