3. Implementation – Application conditions

3.1 Laying concrete for structures with and without waterproofing or sealing coatings

The use of concrete is the subject of numerous regulations, recommendations and standards, the most recent being NF EN 13670 "Exécution des structures en béton" (Execution of concrete structures) and its national supplement NF EN 13670/CN February 2013.

In this paragraph, therefore, we limit ourselves to giving only those indications that are likely to promote the watertightness of concrete structures used to receive, transfer, treat or store water and liquids.
