7. Conclusion
The framework for the management of transboundary watersheds is in a state of flux, whether in terms of their identification, international legislation or the concepts that make it up. Whatever the future developments, the main idea of this article is that this management is complex and therefore requires an adapted management mode and decision-support tools. Today, the science of management, and project management in particular, is mainly applied to industry and business. Eventually, however, it will have much to contribute to the management of natural resources, and transboundary basins in particular, whose complexity no longer needs to be proven.
