2. Modeling principles
Modeling at a lower level of integration, i.e. at component level, is one of the most critical phases. It is based on three key points: the choice of model typology, the extraction of model parameters through measurement, and model validation.
Although black-box models can be proposed at component level, almost all of these models are based on equivalent circuit architectures, either derived from physical laws or empirically.
