Monitor action plans and involve company players

Completion of the action includes a report on its implementation, as well as verification of its effectiveness, i.e. that the expected effect and results have been achieved.

When this is the case, the action can be closed and appear in this status when the action plan is updated, before being removed from the plan the next time it is updated.

When an action proves to be ineffective, even partially, a new action should be considered.

The effectiveness of actions can also be quantified by a rate varying between 0% and 100%. It is also possible to measure the rate of compliance with action implementation deadlines. These measures can be used as indicators for monitoring the company's continuous improvement process (see Global quality action plan (Tool
