3. Communicating actions and involving stakeholders
Each time the action plan is updated, it is communicated to all those involved, including management.
In most cases, this communication is carried out by e-mail. A copy of the action plan can also be printed out for posting, if the company is in the habit of doing so.
If the action plan is managed using a spreadsheet or database management software, it is then easy to make personalized extractions, by action manager, process or other criterion, which are sent by name to the people concerned as a complement to the global action plan.
This practice draws the attention of those in charge of actions to their specific contributions, thus facilitating their involvement.
