How do you welcome newcomers to a growing team of intrapreneurs?

Until now, your organization has grown up with a small team. The need to describe what you were doing never arose. What's more, since you were always testing methods, you weren't going to document constantly evolving processes. Yet, whether you like it or not, you're going to have to go through the process of documenting your practices.

But don't let this limit your creativity. To do this, find and use external methods or references, rather than rewriting your own methods. For example, let's take the "test and learn" approach and method. Either you come up with the most ingenious method that meets all your needs 100% (assuming that's possible), and then you'll have to write it in several languages and take on all the variations, such as training courses.
