5. How do you obtain PHI certification and monitor performance?

The process of obtaining the certification is a rigorous procedure centered on verifying strict performance criteria. It requires close collaboration between the project management team and a PHI-accredited certifier from the earliest stages. The main steps in the process are as follows.

  • Engagement and selection of the certifier: appointment of an independent certifier accredited by the PHI as early as the ESQ/APS phase (preliminary sketch/preliminary design).
