Develop and monitor the prioritized action plan
Identify and prioritize energy-saving opportunities within your company

For each selected action, the action plan must specify:

• the name and description of the action;

• the relevant facility and the energy source targeted;

• the estimated savings potential (kWh/year and €/year);

• the priority level derived from the matrix;

• the planned investment and the calculated TRS;

• the person responsible for the action and the completion deadline;

• the performance monitoring indicators (target IPE).
