6.1 SILRIA, an umbrella project for the Ministry of Defense

The Capgemini/Neopost ID/BearingPoint consortium was selected following a call for tenders, during which it was able to demonstrate the complementary nature of its business and technical expertise, its perfect understanding of the military business and armed forces' constraints, and its ability to put forward innovative solutions that were both tried and tested, and cost-effective because they were based on civilian bricks.
