5. Traceability for aeronautical subcontractors

5.1 Aerospace subcontracting... with ALISAERO

The company was taken over by Bruno Lepoutre in 2003, when it had just 45 employees. It industrializes and manufactures sheet-metal and boiler-making parts, as well as complex sub-assemblies, for helicopter, aircraft and aero-engine manufacturers. In short, Alisaero, which in the past mainly produced parts for helicopters, has switched its focus to aircraft... Hence larger batch sizes and more regular recurrences, mainly firm orders (but also provisional orders now managed as firm orders), monthly and repetitive production.

Alisaero has a production site with integrated workshops for boiler making, mechanical welding (mainly for the Safran customer), riveted assembly of aerostructures (aircraft wings for Daher Socata's...
