ABSTRACT
The article addresses the problem of flow management, the impact of the economic environment on the objectives to be met, and the evolution of management methods, analyzed through their impact on a company's performance. Various flow management models are presented, highlighting their main features, the successful management principles that emerge, and their impact on corporate organization. The models are classified according to two main criteria that emphasize the essential differences between these approaches, and guide choice.
