Faced with current and future crises that are as major as they are unpredictable, the traditional processes of design, procurement, production and distribution of products and services, maintenance and end-of-life recovery, are being called into question.

Companies pioneering the DDMRP methodology, such as those featured in this article, embarked on the adventure after training focused on this single component of the Demand Driven Operating Model (DDOM) of the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE).
