2. Presentation of files

The purpose of the following files is to present the major engineering contracts:

• project management contracts ;

supplemented by appendices 1 to 3 on administrative, technical and financial provisions [AG 3 254 à 3256] , as well as further documentation on the various subjects. . Other contracts "satellite" to these activities may be presented.

We will focus in detail on project management contracts, which are at the heart and crossroads of engineering concerns. This understanding then enables us to quickly and easily tackle other contracts, which can be characterized by their similarities and differences to prime contracting.
