 INTRODUCTION

The project management contract is one of the many contracts encountered in engineering activities. . Its purpose is to cover :

  • assistance in expressing needs,

  • and/or Product design,

  • and/or the supervision of the realization of the Product by third parties.

This is not only one of the possible ways of implementing an investment, but also the one that is most characteristic of engineering.

For practical reasons, in all documents relating to project management, the project management contract will be referred to as the "Project Management Contract" or "Contract".
