4. General tolerancing
4.1 Tolerancing of all surfaces
All part surfaces can be defined by framed dimensions, linked to the main part reference system A|B|C. Any surface position specification (with a very wide tolerance) is applied to all part surfaces in relation to this reference system (Fig. 25 a ). This specification avoids collisions with neighbouring parts and imposes a minimum wall thickness.
