How do you develop or pilot "complex systems"? There are two things to do to achieve this:
understand the task in hand;
use appropriate methods to complete the task in hand.
3.1 Tasks
Tasks are all part of one or more phases in the life cycle of a product or industrial system. The purpose of the task is, in fact, to improve the passage of the product (in the broadest sense) from one stage of the life cycle to another and, more generally, to improve the flow of the product through the cycle in terms of safety, efficiency and/or work comfort.
