4. List of "dual-use goods" as per Annex I

4.1 Definition and content

As mentioned above, the official list of dual-use goods is published and updated by the Council of the European Union.

Annex I, updated by Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2616 of September 15, 2023, contains :

• table of contents ;

• general remarks ;

• general notes ;

• a list of acronyms and abbreviations ;

• a list of definitions of the terms used, which are indicated in double apostrophes or quotation marks in the body of the articles;

• the list of dual-use goods.
