5. List of highly sensitive assets as per Annex IV

Annex IV of the regulation contains highly sensitive goods, software and technologies whose intra-Community exchange derogates from the general principle of free movement and is subject to authorization.

In particular, it contains :

• certain nuclear materials ;

• nuclear equipment ;

• space-qualified atomic clocks ;

• certain acoustic sensors ;

• equipment and software for crypto-analytical functions;

• stealth materials ;

• some ballistic and marine items ;

• some space launchers;

• ricin and saxitoxin.
