8. Responsible corporate citizenship
Corporate social responsibility has become both a slogan and a marketing tool, with the "Sustainable Development" report, for example, presenting actions carried out on the African continent. But it is also an area of law governed by numerous rules of national and international law, as well as flexible law. And failure to comply with these rules, some of which apply extraterritorially, can have dramatic consequences for the company, its future and its image.
