As the supply chain is a major element of management and therefore of production costs, all logistics management must include :

  • defining the company's challenges and goals ;

  • naming the players ;

  • flow management ;

  • identifying the infrastructure needed to build the value chain;

  • an inventory of costs to get an overview of their amount and origin.
