  • Value chain

    Given or calculated value of the various activities from raw materials or components to the final customer in order to determine the competitive advantage of the product sold over others.

  • Logistics flows

    These are the various types of data - physical, IT, administrative, customs, financial - that enable us to manage logistics.

  • Incoterms

    Short for "INternational COMmercial TERMS", these are sales contract clauses drawn up by the "International Chamber of Commerce", defining the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers when products are transferred.

    The latest version is "Incoterms 2020".
