We have mentioned several times the innovative light that the supply chain concept has shed on company management. We have seen that its interface with the DI needs to be clarified, but the most important thing is once again to define the PROCESSES. This is one of the basic principles of the quality approach. There's no doubt that purchasing, distribution and inventory management are essential links in the supply chain.

Alongside these management concepts, supply chain operations involve a whole range of functions, technologies and equipment specific to each product and each type of customer.

Each product must be packaged, handled, stored and distributed.
