5. Conclusion

The Observatoire de l'intranet confirms the significant inflection of the intranet in the perspective of Enterprise 2.0. In today's mature companies, the intranet is seen as a global system (figure 23 ), which requires both its overall technological dimension and its social complexity to be taken into account. The systemic approach to the intranet is therefore part of a holistic, human-centered approach.
