Five key words sum up the main trends of the 2011 edition: contribution, collaboration, enterprise social networking, mobility, governance.
From the point of view of contribution, a large number of players (contributors, validators, community managers, etc.) are now involved in the production and publication of content accessible via the intranet, in a variety of communication and collaboration situations. This reality stems from the need to keep up to date the considerable mass of information produced by any work organization. This can only be achieved through the involvement of a large number of contributors.
