4. Survey findings

4.1 Company size

Of all the responses received, 10% came from French-speaking countries in Europe, America and Africa. A quick comparison with the 2010 results reveals a fairly similar distribution to last year's responses according to the main sectors: services (61%), industry (22%) and administration (17%). Year-on-year, the difference is +6% for services, – 1% for industry and – 5% for administration.
