2. Description of the aerosol dispenser

The aerosol or aerosol generator consists of a non-refillable container, made of metal, glass or plastic, containing a compressed, liquefied or dissolved gas, with or without a liquid, paste or powder, and provided with a sampling device for expelling the contents in the form of solid or liquid particles suspended in a gas, or in the form of foam, paste or powder, or in a liquid or gaseous state.
