1. Guidelines

Aerosol Directive 75/324/EEC of 05/20/75, modified by Directive 94/1/EC of 01/06/94 – Transposed into French law by decree of 01/06/78, modified by decree of 01/24/95 and decree 97-106 of 02/03/1997.

It sets out the following points.

• Aerosol capacity :

  • 50 to 1,000 ml, if the container is metal;

  • from 50 to 220 ml, if the container is made of glass and lined with a protection ;

  • from 50 to 150 ml, if the container is uncoated glass.
