This is why, over the past twenty years, CIMI, in collaboration with the "Approches" association, has developed a methodology for defining "job profiles", which enables us to define, on a case-by-case basis, the job held by a person, in a given context and in relation to a given organization. This methodology is most often used when defining future job profiles, which then represent the human dimension of the strategic and economic choices made by the company.
