Defects in injected parts are commonly listed as follows:

• incomplete documents ;

• non-conforming part weight: bubble, shrinkage, non-conforming dimensions;

• deformation of parts in relation to mould dimensions: dimensional deviation ;

• surface defects: shrinkage, burrs, appearance ;

• burning of parts: diesel effect.
