  The PPWR regulation authorizes the use of a label, QR code, or website to disseminate information (PPWR Reg., Art. 12 5 on labeling).

• Double regulation of environmental claims related to plastic by the AGEC law and its implementing decree QCE and by the PPWR regulation

In 2022, France decided to regulate environmental claims in order to have provisions applicable in our country as soon as possible, while the future European PPWR regulation was still in the early stages of negotiation:
