Who will be designing and using the tool? What are their skills and availability?

The skills assessed cover at least :

• office or business software used or IT development skills;

• knowledge of chemical risks ;

• knowledge of production processes and company management;

• languages in which the various data and functions must be accessible.

Availability must be considered in relation to the different phases of tool production and use:
