4. Long-term actions: review your risk assessment

If your investigations, some examples of which are given in step 3, do not enable you to identify the cause of the drift, resume your assessment as soon as possible in order to organize the correction of the situation on a permanent basis.

Corrective actions must be in line with the hierarchy of measures based on the general principles of prevention set out in Code du travail, article L. 4121-2 ( cf. Collective protection or PPE: protecting personnel from exposure to chemicals
