9. Completion of the investigation process
The investigation process and its completion are assessed in particular with regard to the delivery of a formal report presented to the principals who commissioned the internal investigation.
9.1 Investigation report
The investigation report is a formal document summarizing the internal investigation and including the following elements:
reminder of the context of the investigation;
managerial summary of the investigation;
