Article

An object which, during the manufacturing process, is given a particular shape, surface or design that is more decisive for its function than its chemical composition.

Supplier of an item

Any producer or importer of an article, any distributor or any other actor in the supply chain who places an article on the market.

Supplier of a substance or mixture

A downstream user or distributor to whom a substance or mixture is supplied.

Mix

A mixture is a solution composed of two or more substances.

Market launch

Supplying a product or making it available to a third party, whether or not in return for payment. All imports are considered to have been placed on the market....
