3. Knowing the obligations linked to the use of a SVHC substance on its own or in a mixture

As a distributor, you are identified as a supplier of a substance or mixture under Article 3 of REACh, and are therefore subject to legal information obligations. The information required differs according to the type of use made of the substance:

  • as substance alone;

  • as a constituent of a mixture.

3.1 Substance used alone

Immediately from the date of inclusion on the candidate list, suppliers of the substance must provide their customers with a complete safety data sheet complying with REACh Annex II.
