2. Check whether the product is exempt from the scope of REACh
If the product is completely exempt from the scope of REACh, the SDS is not required.
The following products are entirely exempt from the scope of REACh (Article 2.1) or are not considered to be substances, mixtures, or articles:
radioactive substances falling within the scope of the directive 96/29/Euratom du Conseil du 13 mai 1996 establishing basic standards for the protection of the health of the general public and workers against the dangers arising from ionizing radiation;
substances, either on their own, in mixtures, or in articles, that are subject to customs control, provided that they are not subject to any treatment or processing and are in temporary...
