3.1 Contents of the prevention plan

Articles R. 4512-8 to R. 4512-10 of Code du travail define the content of the prevention plan:

• identification of dangerous phases of activity and means of prevention ;

• adaptation of equipment, installations and devices to the nature of the operations to be carried out and their maintenance conditions ;

• instructions for employees ;

• organization of first aid in emergencies ;

• definition of the tasks to be carried out, their timing,...
