INTRODUCTION
You call on service providers to work on your site. How do you manage new staff whose activities you don't know?
The arrival of service providers brings with it new risks that need to be managed. This coactivity needs to be managed at different stages: preparation for the intervention, arrival on site and the intervention itself. How do you go about it?
By "service provider" we mean any company from which you buy services that you don't control and that are not part of your trade (e.g. inspection, maintenance, upkeep, green spaces, painting, cleaning).
If you entrust your service provider with activities that are usually carried out by your own staff, please refer to the How to manage subcontractors and temps working for you sheet.
